Transportation Design/Industrial Design students registered for summer or fall classes - new laptops will be issued and you may exchange your laptops this week at the Help Desk. Please save your data prior to visiting the Help Desk.

VPN/DUO Two-Factor Authentication Faculty/Staff and Students Accessing Team Shares Only

In our efforts to provide continuing cyber security improvements, LTU has implemented two-factor authentication (2FA) on several different systems for faculty and staff for LTU resources using a service called DUO. DUO is now required for two-factor authentication on many of our proprietary and business critical applications, including VPN, Banner Forms, Argos, Linux machines, connecting to network/share drives, and the list may grow.



eHelp 2019 Phone System Updates

Incorrect Time: The J-129 model phones may show an incorrect time, to fix this please reboot the phone. To reboot the phone, unplug the cable on the outside of the phone and then plug it back in. Rebooting takes about 10 minutes.
