Panel at LTU to tackle improving workplace safety

The issue of workplace safety has never been more critical. And an expert panel at Lawrence Technological University Thursday, March 15 will tackle the issue as the latest installment in LTU’s “Leaders and Innovators” discussion series, presented with WWJ Newsradio 950. 

If you’d like to know more about what to do in the event of an emergency situation, and what safety procedures and protocols should be in place at every place of employment, attend this important session. 

The event begins at 7:30 a.m. with networking and continental breakfast, with the discussion running from 8 to 9 a.m. The venue is the University Technology and Learning Center Gallery on the LTU campus at 21000 W. 10 Mile Road in Southfield (see www.ltu.edu/map). 

Panelists are to include:

  • Steven Bogdalek, executive director of campus safety, Lawrence Technological University
  • Kevin Heidisch, director of security, Detroit Athletic Club
  • William Kowalski, principal and director of operations, Rehmann Corporate Investigative Services
  • Jason Tague, director of strategic accounts, Guardian Alarm
